About this project

THE CHALLENGE The modern childhood is saturated with high-refresh rates and blue light. We wanted to create an analog escape that didn't feel like a "chore" or a traditional educational tool. The goal was to solve the "boredom" gap for ages 3+ with a simple, defiant mantra: No rules, just color. We needed to build a brand that felt as loud and energetic as a Saturday morning cartoon but lived entirely on paper. THE APPROACH We leaned heavily into a Retro-Digital and Sticker-Slap aesthetic to bridge the gap between nostalgic parents and high-energy kids. By utilizing Playful Brutalism and Bit-Crushed graphics, we moved away from the soft, pastel tropes of the coloring book aisle. The strategy was "Minimal Fluff." We stripped away the complex narratives and rigid "color inside the lines" instructions, opting instead for a Hyper-Pop visual language that encourages pure creative chaos. For the rollout, we bypassed traditional gatekeepers to focus on a direct-to-Amazon publishing model, ensuring the path from the "Forge" to the front door was as short as possible. THE RESULT Currently in the "Pre-Ignition" phase.
